Reuse and Recycle

As much as possible, we will re-use material, especially packaging material. Our customers will notice that we re-use carton boxes to deliver goods to them. We will ensure that boxes are still in clean and good continue before re-using them. This will reduce wastage as well as keeping more trees alive. We urge our customers to recycle the packaging material instead of disposing it in regular garbage.

No Plastic Bags

Every day is a no plastic bag day for Beautee Hut, unless the situation is absolutely unavoidable.When we collect goods from our vendors, we will use carton boxes.

As an on-going effort, customers are given free re-usable bags. Beautee Hut purchases these bags. Bags can be re-used for many times, reducing the need for plastic bags. We hope that our consumers will reuse the bags many times and collectively reduce the need for many plastic bags.

Go Electronic

Electronics communication is preferred. It reduces the need for paper, toner and ink. Reducing the use of a raw material is the most important. We will strive to keep our customers updated through our website, online articles, emails and SMS. Printed material will be distributed wisely.

Bulk Discount

Beautee Hut has constant bulk discount rates for our customers. The reason is simple. Each time a customer makes a purchase, there is a need to deliver the goods. Each delivery burns fossil fuel. We all know this is not good for the environment. Bulk discount will help reduce the number of deliveries. With bulk discount, our customers can purchase more to keep. It makes this option affordable. In addition, it is an incentive for our customers to purchase in bulk and share it with their friends and family.

Paperless Fax

By using the latest technology from HP, we are able to achieve paperless fax. How? Faxes are sent directly from our computers to the fax machine via the network. Similarly, fax received are delivered to our laptops. There is no need to print. Saves paper and makes our operations efficient

Return Policy

Product Returns

Beautee Hut, owned and operated by , offers refunds and returns of our product, unless it is specifically stated that returns are not allowed. Purchaser / The Customer shall pay for the postage to return such items to Beautee Hut. Refunds are only made to items that are unopened and undamaged. All returns must be posted back to Beautee Hut within 72 hours and received by Beautee Hut within ONE week. Beautee Hut is not liable for damage or lost returns. The return procedure (for items allowed to be returned) shall be as follows:

1. Contact Beautee Hut immediately of your intention to return the items.
2. Items must be undamaged, unopened and with all original packaging intact and in good condition. At Beautee Hut sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject any returned items failing to meet any of these conditions. Items must be that originally purchased from Beautee Hut and not be substituted or replaced.
   
3. Post the items back to Beautee Hut within 72 hours of receiving them.
4. Immediately provide Beautee Hut with a tracking number of the package.
5. Beautee Hut must receive the package within ONE week from date of postage.
6. Beautee Hut shall inspect the item for any damage, or opened.
7. Beautee Hut shall contact the Customer on the status of the return and provide a refund if applicable.
8. All refunds are in the form of a cheque.
